We are a new custom venison processing shop committed to serving you with the freshest, cleanest cuts, and quality products. We opened our own shop in the fall of 2024. Prior to that we have been around the industry since 2019. While we work at the local paper mill full time, you will catch us at the shop almost every day from September-April
